Join the CVIS PTG in 3 Easy Steps!

The Chartiers Valley Intermediate School Parent Teacher Group is run with the help of volunteers.

Volunteers that raise funds to provide educational field trips, assemblies, playground equipment and updates, yearbooks, book fairs, holiday parties and so much more.

How do you join? Follow the 3 easy steps below!

STEP 1: REGISTER BY ADDING YOUR INFORMATION

Why register? We will use your contact information to keep you in-the-know with our emails, newsletters, and facebook posts, include your family in the PTG directory, provide opportunities to volunteer, and complete some necessary paperwork - all online in one spot! Click on the link below to find out more about registering and Membership. You will first be prompted to put your information and your student's information in.

STEP 2: PAY YOUR PTG MEMBERSHIP DUeS FOr THE YEAR

Why is there a cost to join the PTG? This helps us to fund the activities for our children. If you cannot afford to join, please reach out to us at isptg@cvsd.net and we are happy to work with you!

Regular Membership: $20.00

Membership Without Fundraising: $100.00

In order to volunteer at events in the school, you MUST be a PAID member of the PTG.  Volunteers assist with activities such as fundraisers, school pictures, yearbooks, book fairs, holiday parties, field trips, Fun Day, picnics, and MORE so our children and teachers can focus on learning and having fun!

STEP 3: COMPLETE NECESSARY FORMS ONLINE

What forms do I need? Every year, every volunteer in Chartiers Valley School District is required to read the school's handbook and sign pages 9 and 10 of the handbook. We made this simple for you by combining a link to handbook with pages 9 and 10 for you to complete in a simple online form! No more paper forms to hand in to the office! (Note: additional clearances are needed for Field Trips and 5th Grade Picnic.)
